Welcome to the first Community Strategy for East Northamptonshire.  We have tried to include all the things that the community believes are important and set out proposals to improve the well-being of residents, businesses and visitors to the area. 

This is the draft version of the strategy.  We hope you will find time to read through it and let us have your priority preferences through the Community Strategy Questionnaire so that we can be sure the final strategy reflects what is important to the whole community.

This strategy was prepared by a wide partnership of organisations in the district.  These organisations formed a Local Strategic Partnership called ENable.  They have all 'signed up' to deliver the strategy over the coming years.

Once the strategy has been finalised, the next step will be the development of action plans so that we can see real changes taking place.  We aim to improve social conditions, economic development and environmental quality in the district. 

ENable looks forward to working with the whole community in achieving the overall aims.
